Full Stack Engineer

Our marketing strategies, and carbon offset backed collectible NFTs are designed to help Brands and Influencers engage their audience on the topic of Climate Change. Our team of 10 is diverse, distributed, and brings a broad set of skills in carbon markets, blockchain, and digital advertising.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a full stack developer to join our startup’s team of 10 people. We currently have 4 engineers working on our product and need to add more full time and/or part time developers.
Required Skills
- Experience with typescript and node.js.
- Experience with Next.Js and SSR.
- Experience with REST and GRAPHQL node-based API (express and koa)
Desirable additional experience
- Experience with WordPress.
- Experience with any web library: web3.js, ether.js, moralis, etc.
Business Administrator

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented business administrator to help our small startup’s team of 10 people grow quickly. Your job duties include maintaining detailed and organized company records, preparing corporate communications, employee documentation (contracts, options, handbooks, etc.), partner agreements, NDAs, job descriptions, etc. You will process payroll and oversee expense reimbursements and help out, generally, with the myriad of administrative tasks required to keep a startup operating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Managing office processes such as scheduling and payroll to ensure the office runs efficiently
- Ensuring employees staff are happy and productive
- Hiring new employees
- Leading employee evaluation processes
- Creating and managing budget and bookkeeping activities
- Writing reports and delivering presentations about office efficiency to senior management
- Giving clients or guests a tour of the office
- Scheduling appointments with office vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or public administration
- 5+ years work experience in administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Smart, flexible, logical, enthusiastic, quick learner of new skills
- Experience in office management, credit control, or administrative supervisory positions
- Experience managing corporate paperwork
- Experience with HR procedures
